These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cheet Codes ("the Platform") at cheet.codes. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Cheet Codes. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

2. How It Works

Cheet Codes allows users to earn virtual currency ("cheetz") by completing tasks such as surveys, offers, and other activities provided by third-party partners. Cheetz can be redeemed for digital gift cards and subscriptions from the reward catalog.

3. Cheetz Currency

Cheetz have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Cheetz are earned through legitimate task completion and credited to your account via verified postback from our partners. We reserve the right to adjust cheetz balances if credits were awarded in error or obtained through fraud.

4. Redemptions

When you have earned enough cheetz for a reward, you may redeem them for a digital gift card or subscription code. Redemptions are final. Gift codes are delivered digitally and are subject to the terms of the issuing brand. Cheet Codes is not responsible for issues with third-party gift cards after delivery.

We reserve the right to limit redemption frequency and to verify your identity before processing high-value redemptions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Participation is limited to one (1) account per person and one (1) account per household. You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or allow others in your household to create additional accounts
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks
• Provide false information on surveys or offers
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the Platform or its partner integrations
• Use VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location
• Access the Platform from a different country than where your account is registered
• Engage in any form of fraud or abuse

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all cheetz, and permanent ban.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates surveys and offers from third-party providers including CPX Research, BitLabs, Offerwall.me, and others. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. By completing tasks from these providers, you agree to their respective terms. Cheet Codes is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party providers.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@cheet.codes. Upon termination, any unredeemed cheetz are forfeited.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability of surveys or tasks, the accuracy of cheetz calculations from third-party postbacks, or uninterrupted access to the Platform. Task availability varies by region, demographics, and partner inventory.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheet Codes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of cheetz in your account at the time of the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or email.
